Heavy-duty steel grating
Heavy-duty steel grating is a high-load-bearing metal grating designed for the most demanding industrial and infrastructure applications. It is manufactured using thicker and wider load-bearing flat steel bars, with a thickness of 6mm or more and a width of 50mm or more, welded or pressure-locked with cross bars to form a rigid, one-piece structure. Heavy-duty steel grating is capable of supporting loads exceeding 10 tons, making it ideal for heavy traffic areas, large-span platforms, and critical structural flooring.
FRP Grating
FRP grating, also known as fiberglass reinforced plastic grating, is a high-strength, corrosion-resistant composite grating manufactured from glass fiber rovings and thermosetting resin. Unlike steel grating, FRP grating does not rust, does not conduct electricity, and is not affected by most chemicals, making it the preferred choice for chemically aggressive, humid, and electrically sensitive environments. It is widely used for walkways, platforms, stair treads, trench covers, and structural flooring in chemical plants, water treatment facilities, marine environments, and food processing plants.
Trench cover
Trench cover grating is a heavy-duty metal grating specifically designed to cover drainage trenches, cable channels, and service ducts while supporting pedestrian and vehicular traffic. Each cover is manufactured by welding load-bearing flat steel bars and twisted cross bars together to form a rigid, open, and slip-resistant surface. The open pattern allows water, oil, and debris to drain freely into the trench below, preventing surface flooding and keeping walkways and traffic areas clean and safe.
Stainless Steel Grating
Serrated steel grating is a high-strength, slip-resistant metal grating manufactured with serrated edges on the load-bearing flat steel bars. The serrated profile creates additional grip points on the top surface of each bar, delivering superior traction in wet, oily, icy, or contaminated conditions. This makes serrated steel grating the preferred choice for industrial platforms, walkways, stair treads, drainage covers, and structural flooring where standard smooth grating may not provide sufficient slip resistance.
