Combining lightweight flexibility, high strength, and precise open areas, it is widely used in industrial filtration, ventilation covers, EMI shielding, battery current collectors, and decorative speaker grills.

Produced on high-precision stamping and expanding machinery, small opening expanded metal provides superior structural integrity compared to woven fine wire mesh.

  • Micro Aperture Sizes: Available with Short Way of Diamond (SWD) from 0.5 mm up to 10 mm, offering tight mesh control.
  • Joint-Free Integrity: Made from a single metal sheet, eliminating loose wires or strand displacement under vibration.
  • High Precision & Uniformity: Consistent open area percentages ensuring stable fluid filtration, acoustic transmission, or air ventilation.
  • Flexible Finishing Options: Supplied in Raised (Standard) for anti-slip/gripping properties or Flattened (Smooth) for delicate filtration layers and battery electrodes.
