1) Description & Weaving Types

Barbed wire is constructed by twisting two or single strand wires together and wrapping sharp points around the line. Hengyueda mesh offers three standard twisting structures to suit different tensile requirements:

• Single Strand Barbed Wire: Lightweight and flexible for temporary boundaries.
• Double Strand Traditional Twist Barbed Wire: Classic double-wire structure for general agricultural fencing.
• Double Strand Reverse Twist Barbed Wire: High-tensile structure that maintains tension better and eliminates sagging over long distances.

2) Materials & Surface Finish

Hengyueda mesh manufactures barbed wire with multiple anti-corrosion finishes to adapt to diverse global climates:

• Electro-Galvanized Wire: Smooth finish suitable for general low-humidity regions.
• Hot-Dipped Galvanized Wire: Heavy zinc coating (Class 1 or Class 3) for high corrosion resistance and 15+ years of outdoor life.
• PVC / PE Coated Wire: Protective polymer coating over galvanized wire, available in Green (RAL 6005), Black, Blue, or Yellow for enhanced weatherproofing and visual appearance.
